About the Platinum Plan
Can my children share a Platinum Dining Plan?
Each child has their own plan, since the card is tied to one student at the register.
What beverages come with the plan?
Grades 4-8: a 16 oz water, a canned beverage, milk, or a 6 oz juice. Grades 1-3: a small drink- water, milk, or juice. Your child's choice each day.
Does the Platinum card cover breakfast?
Platinum covers lunch. Breakfast is available with a Red Dining Card, or any of our other payment methods.
Can I pre-order with the Platinum plan?
Platinum is used in person at the register. If your child would like to order ahead, a Red Dining Card works with pre-order at fspreorder.com
How do we buy extra items if Platinum covers one lunch a day?
Your Platinum Plan includes one complete lunch with sides, a drink and dessert. For additional snacks, drinks or other items, a Red Dining Card is the easiest option. Cash and credit/debit cards are also accepted.
Does the Platinum card need reloading?
No need. It's set for the full school year.
Can I put Red Dining funds toward the Platinum plan?
Yes, toward the Pay-in-Full Plan. Red Dining Card funds cannot be used toward the Platinum payment plan.
About the Red Dining Cards
How do I reload a Red Dining Card or check the balance?
Use the reload or Check Balance links above. You'll need the full card number (on the back of the physical card).
Do I need to sign up for Dining Card Alerts?
Not if the Red Dining Card was purchased through our online store this year- those cards are enrolled automatically. Cards carried over from a previous year or purchased at school need to be enrolled using the Dining Card Alerts link above. Dining Card Alerts is not needed for students enrolled in the Platinum Dining Plan.
What if a card is lost?
Let a cashier know and we'll get a replacement card for your child. A $10 replacement fee applies to Platinum and Red Dining Cards alike.
What if a card is damaged?
Bring it to a cashier and we will exchange it for a new one.
Payments and general
Do you accept checks?
We're not set up for checks, but we accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.
Why is there a 3% service fee online?
It applies to online purchases and covers running the store. It is also what lets us charge no transaction fee and set no minimum on Dining Card purchases at the register.
Where can I see the lunch menus?
At
fspreorder.com and here on your school's website.
