On behalf of the Daughters of Divine Charity of Holy Family Vice-Province I wish to extend our heartfelt wishes for a Thanksgiving Day of blessings shared with family and friends especially for good health.

Class 3-1’s Thanksgiving Day Parade brought all the smiles. Our Pre-K and Kindergarten had front-row seats at Gerardi Athletic Field, watching their older friends’ creative vision unfold on this perfect November morning ahead of Thanksgiving. Thank you to Mrs. Chiaia and Ms. Siesto for orchestrating such an inspired celebration. Special shout out to our talented Koala Kasters, SJHA’s 5th-8th grade podcasting crew, for documenting and editing this video that captures our 3rd grade’s creative twist on a treasured holiday tradition.

Classes will meet on Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. We ask that you attend both Mondays & Fridays during each session. All students must be 2-years-old to attend. One Mom/Dad/Caregiver per student. Mom/Dad/Caregiver must stay in the class at all times. There are 8 students per session. Register for 2025 sessions today!

Join us for our annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and Blessing of the Christmas Intention Wreaths on Tuesday, December 3rd at 5:00 pm by the Hylan Blvd school gate under the Golden Doors. Kick off the Christmas Season with some caroling! Festive attire is encouraged!

Making waves with SJHA Swim! We're excited to partner with Our Lady Queen of Peace for an incredible season ahead! From budding swimmers to seasoned athletes, our program welcomes grades 1-8 to dive into competitive swimming. Click here for more.

Every Thanksgiving Holiday our elementary school partners with the Staten Island Giving Circle to collect items to stock their food pantry. Please join us in donating items to the Staten Island Giving Circle this Giving Season. Follow the link here for more details.

The SJHA Christmas Carnival is on Wednesday December 4th (Pre-K to 3rd Grade) and Thursday, December 5th (4th to 8th Grade). You can prepurchase your ticket packets here. Please fill out one form per student. All ticket packets orders are due by November 15th.

Join St. Joseph Hill Academy's annual Thanksgiving Pie Drive, in partnership with the Staten Island Giving Circle, to help spread holiday cheer in our community. Students are encouraged to contribute a modest donation of $1-$3 of their own money (collected by teachers), while families can purchase delicious 10" pies for $20 each from Battleview Orchards in New Jersey – making a meaningful difference this holiday season through the sweetness of giving.
