New Student Applications
 

We have reached full capacity for the 2025-2026 academic year and are no longer accepting new student applications. Our waiting list has also reached its maximum capacity. The 2026-2027 academic year applications will open in October 2025.

Next Steps for 2025-2026 Applicants

If you have already submitted your application, here's what to expect:

 

Complete Required Components

  • Entrance examination

  • Student interview (may be required in addition to or instead of the entrance exam)

  • Submit all supporting documentation requested in your application

 

Application Review

  • Our admissions team will review your complete application package

  • All required components must be submitted for consideration

 

Decision Notification

  • Accepted students will receive an official acceptance letter from the SJHA Elementary School Main Office

  • Letters will be sent once all components (exam, interview, and documentation) have been evaluated

Open House
Our Annual Open House takes place each October, offering prospective families the opportunity to experience our academic community firsthand. The application process for the following school year begins during this time, with Open House attendees able to submit their applications immediately following the event. Applications then become available to all interested families following our Open House. We do not hold a Spring Open House. 
 
 
Touring Opportunities 
Private tours are available upon request for most grades but must be scheduled in advance. At this time, we are not providing tours for grade levels where the wait list has reached maximum capacity. You may contact Mrs. Jeanmarie Senese for more on touring opportunities: [email protected].
