After School Clubs

Fall After School Clubs run through Friday, January 23, 2026.  Spring After School Club registration are now open as of Tuesday, January 20th at 10:00 am. The link will stay open until January 26th. All Spring 2026 clubs will begin the week of February 2, 2026 and end May 29, 2026. 
 
SJHA Elementary School offers a wide variety of extracurricular opportunities for students to participate in five days a week after the school day ends for additional fees. SJHA After School Clubs are led by Mrs. Eileen Gregor and run in two sessions each school year from early October- late January (Fall) and early February- end of May (Spring). 
 
SPRING SESSION
  • Clubs run from February 2, 2026 to May 29, 2026.
  • There is registration fee of $60.00 per club you register for.
  • Payments will be deducted in FULL from FACTS on February 6, 2026.
  • Registration will open on January 20th at 10:00 am and close on January 26, 2026. 
  • Spots are limited so we encourage registering early.
  • Clubs will require a minimum of 15 people in order to run.

Please note the following details about your After School Clubs registration:

No Immediate Confirmation: You will not receive an automatic response immediately after completing your registration.

Payment Processing: Finance will input charges once a club reaches capacity. You will then receive a confirmation from FACTS, and payment will be automatically deducted on January 26th.

Registration Confirmation: Mrs. Gregor will contact you only if there are any issues with your registration. If you don't hear from us, you can assume your registration was successful.

For Your Records: Feel free to save or screenshot your completed registration form for your records.

Club Closures: If a club reaches participation capacity, we will update our website immediately and remove that option from the registration link.

After School Club Pick Up: To ensure everyone’s safety, cars are not permitted to drive onto campus for club dismissal. Kindly park in the upper Landis Avenue lot or off campus, and walk to your designated pick-up area. It is important that if you have family members picking up students for you, that you provide them with specific information about pick up times and locations. Your cooperation helps dismissal run smoothly and safely—thank you for your support!
