Parent Portal and Report Cards:
The Parent Portal officially closed on Sunday, November 10th.
The portal will reopen on Friday, November 22nd at 6PM so that you may view and print report cards at home.
If you log in prior to 6PM on Friday November 22nd, the system will indicate your account is suspended.
Your account is not actually suspended, you just logged in too early.
You will be prompted to email [email protected].
Please DO NOT use that email address indicated by the account suspension notice!
This is a system generated response. You will not receive a reply. Your account has not been suspended. It is simply not active as the portal is closed until 6PM.
If you login as directed on Friday, November 22n, after 6PM and receive a suspension notice, that is because you failed to not log in frequently during the marking period, as suggested by administration (you should log in at least 2x per month).
You will need a password reset.
In that case Please DO NOT email [email protected] as suggested (see reason above).
All issues regarding suspended accounts must be resolved by Mr. Pucilla.
You must email Mr. Pucilla at [email protected] to have it reset. This will take several hours and you will not be able to view it until Monday, November 25th at 3PM when he has had sufficient time to reset your password.
Again we ask that you do NOT email [email protected] as you will not receive a response.
