St. Joseph Hill Academy 8th grade classes walked to Holy Rosary to join HR students in honoring FDNY Rescue 5. After Mass HR 8th graders joined SJH 8th graders for lunch. It was a beautiful example of unity. Students from Holy Rosary School and St. Joseph Hill Academy stand in reverence along Jerome Avenue to welcome members of FDNY Rescue 5 and Engine 160 to Mass held at Holy Rosary Church on Sept. 11, 2019. Fall TACHS Class at SJHA 8th grade students are invited to sign up for a 7 week TACHS prep course on Thursdays at our school. Congratulations Class of 2019 Congratulations to St.Joseph Hill Academy Elementary School class of 2019 who received 1 million dollars in scholarships. Matthew McNamara and Tara Lago received awards for excellence as they had the highest avarages in their 8th Grade class. Both Tara and Mathew received several full scholarships. Matthew will be attending Regis High School in Manhattan and Tara will be attending Staten Island Tech in September. We are proud of all of our students and their wonderful academic accomplishments!
