Immunizations:
All immunization documents are due to the office by Friday, August 9th.
Please do not delay in addressing this important matter. In accordance with New York State law and our school's handbook, all students must be immunized in compliance with the most updated New York State Immunization Chart. We are required to exclude children from school in non-compliance situations.
No student will be able to attend on the first day of school unless their immunizations records are up to date.
We are strongly encouraging all families to visit their primary care provider or local health clinic as soon as possible to ensure they are up to date with their required immunizations and the school health form that are linked below.
